【略歴】
フランスのParis School of Economicsにて修士（経済学）を取得後、英国のオックスフォード大学でDPhil (Population Health) を取得。2019年6月までEuropean Institute for Innovation and Technology（EIT）のDoctoral Transition Fellowとしてオックスフォード大学に在籍。2019年6月から2024年1月までHIAS特任講師。現在は、CUNY School of Public Health & Health Policyにて、国際保健（グローバルヘルス）分野における保健介入の設計や政策のための理論・実証研究を行っている。特に、行動経済学の知見を用いた生活習慣病の予防と管理の新たなアプローチの探索に従事している。
主な研究テーマは、集団の健康状態を改善し、健康格差を緩和することを目的としたエビデンスに基づく政策の開発に情報を提供することである。特に、行動経済学や関連分野の知見を活用し、より健康的な選択を促進し、医療制度を強化するための介入策を考案することに関心を寄せている。彼の研究は、無作為化比較実験、観察データのミクロ計量分析、エビデンスの統合などの多様な方法を用いた、健康に関連する行動に関する実証的調査とともに、そのような介入の設計と評価を網羅している。特に、研究プロジェクトの大部分は、西アフリカを中心とした資源が限られた環境で行われている。最近では、西アフリカのフランス語圏における国民皆保険の推進と、十分な医療サービスを受けていない人々のケアへのアクセス改善を目的とした政策立案の指針となる実証的調査に重点を置いている。
