Hitotsubashi Institute for Advanced Study has held an international conference, Hitotsubashi Summer Institute (HSI 2016) from Monday August 1st to Saturday August 6. The conference completed successfully gathering over 250 participants in total from all over the world.
 
As the presentation from the field of Health Economics, Dr. Michihito ANDO, a Research Fellow at National Institute of Population and Social Security Research, Japan, gave a lecture titled “Identifying Tax Mimicking in Municipal Health Insurance: Evidence from a Boundary Reform” in the session of The Economics of Services: Microfoundations, Measurement, and Productivity Policy on the fourth day of the conference,
