The Center invited Dr. Alisa Dicaprio, Research Fellow, Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) as a guest speaker and held its 13th regular seminar, also a HIAS Seminar, on August 31, 2017.
Using healthcare system as an example setting in her presentation titled "Will blockchain change healthcare? Use cases, time horizon, and current state of the technology," she reviewed a new technology and discussed its potential with the participants.
